You can say that about many other forums here, like the forum now discontinued Nemu64. He is not obliged to do anything for anyone - even talk to caustik - they may not be his wishes, perhaps he wants to keep his work private, you never know. If you delete the Xeon forum, you ensure that he will never come back, even if he had personal issues and could not get to a computer.
_SF_ has already been put through loads of crap when everybody claimed his emu was fake. Personally I'd be peeved about that, and take my business elsewhere. I really feel for _SF_, he has had nothing but crap at Emuforums from everybody behind his back.
