Anyway doesn't that HP monitor you got emit TONS of static? You case lid seems off too, that looks dangerous, I make sure I'm always grounded by touching the PS constantly and maybe even putting some rubber bands on my wrists since rubber doesn't conduct static. Here's my rig pic BTW. |
I edited my post back there. I use rubber bands aswell, I've got two nintendo rubber bands for that.
As for the monitor & static, it isn't too bad. As long as the monitor doesn't touch my hardware I'm ok. Normally my sides are off and I've had them this way since I put the rig together. No problems at all.

The Saitek P2500 is a frickin awesome pad too. Best I've ever owned.
