Yep. The northbridge gets quite hot under extreme load and my ocing conditions, so I decided to put it on there. That and the old Celeron 466 fan helped alot.

It'll be hard to reach 3GHz with that CPU, being on an 18u micron process. That and the added cache latency make 3GHz seem kinda far-fetched.
