Hey Guruma, Brutal Sports Football does work, you just have to remove 512 bytes from the front of the ROM image (who knows why it's there). I'm pretty sure that Ville Linde has a utility to strip those bytes from the header on his website...

Let's see... Look here, at the bottom of the page. I used a hex editor to remove those bytes, but you'd probably have better luck with Ville's file fixer.
