Well in the year that the epic LOTR trilogy comes to an end, we see one of it's biggest fans win in the ngemu awards. Kane's ever-lasting anime addiction earns him the right to second this year, and in third it's "beam me up boltzie", Boltzmann and star trek.

No surprise here to most, pcsx2 is the clear winner. This emu has made massive strides in the goal that is ps2 emulation, and their effort has awarded them first place this year.
Proving that innovation need not be restricted to next gen, Flare's Plugin Manager and Pete's OGL2 psx plugin make up the rest of the podium by taking second and third resp.

Proving pessimism still rules, Lord of Darkness, it's Kaiser Sigma as no. 1! Second we have a tie between one of our resident geniuses, Boltzmann, and resident artists Razor Blade. Finally, for his wisdom and advice on hardware aspects, Demigod gets a respectfull 3rd place.
