he's developing (and already released a public version, IIRC) of his ePSXe frontend. it works as a regular frontend, and he's working with ngemu so it can connect and determine if there are any updates....and if so it downloads em! it's pretty awesome but it hasnt been finished.
by the way, if im wrong about that...sorry. that's all just off the top of my head
