Just a cut and paste from another thread :

This works with CDRWin version 3.8F
1. Open CDRWin
2. Choose Extract Disc/Track/Sectors (3rd icon)
3. Choose your reader
4. Specify a name for your iso file (put .iso at the end)
5. Uncheck "raw" in reading options
6. Push Start and it's done !
