Did you copy the parts to the right foders? The plugin file to the plugins dir and so forth? I'm using the Linux version and I assume u the windows...but I had to copy the file that ends in .cfg and the file with the same name as that one, except no cfg BOTH into the plugin folder and the root folder (in other words, the folder that contains the plugins folder) - then I was able to get a configure dialog to load when I clicked on configure.
