i would say yes!!!
they have gba and gb emus that run at almost fullspeed
liker i am playing through a zelda game and it rocks. it is even fullscreen and dcs are only 50 bucks i think. you can also use linux on it. there is a app to play divix movies on it. i think the dc is the best consol ever made!
it is one of thew most versitile systems ever made!
