Yep, N64 emulation is less advanced than PSX emulation in many ways (Mainly because PSX emus uses LLE for graphics and not HLE like current N64 emulation?) In N64 emulation, you get more graphical glitches and you have to switch plugins a lot for the best experience. I've only played a few PSX games on ePSXe (as I never owned a PSX) and there are no real problems to do with the graphics. The system requirements are also much greater (if you want to use PJ64 anyway)
