I have to use FPS calculation for a game i am trying to play or it will run at like 2 fps. But when I turn it on the music and sound run fast as hell. I heard that Petes Dsound fixes that, but I dl'd it and messed with it forever and it didnt help at all. Someone plz help me fix this annoying problem...
