2) Wait for DC emulator(s);

IE : no. It's not possible yet. Icarus is the most promising but isn't released yet and won't be until the author thinks it's time to release it (so don't bug him!). And overall, DC emulation will be just to slow to be run on todays hardware.

BTW, you could got your anwsers using the Search option or just take a look in the other topics.
