All in all the emulation scene isn't just about playing games mindlessly, but about getting things to work and then enjoying them after lots of effort and research.

A: Because it is here.
We agree about the challenge...however we disagree about people not using other Sega emulators.... Saturn emulators seem to have been creating much interest again, and Gens and Kega brought about many Genesis, Sega CD, and 32X fans...hell...we are a big Meka / Dega fan.....so go take a walk with anti SEGAtism man!

On another note...we were thinking on the comments made about "the only way to play games on a DC emulator are with ripped ISO's from warez sites"...

We have been following the emulation game way before some of the members here touched a keyboard...
Before ISO's and Rips there were ROMS...You could find them at abundant "ROM sites"...It was obviously illegal...but then they added this lil statement that says..It's OK to download this ROM if you own a copy of the game...as a backup they were calling it...a supposed loophole to an otherwise illegal action. You could bet your arse that folks were downloading anyways....It's kind of hard to believe the whole "backup" deal when your downloading say a ROM to a game that was only released in Japan...

So what makes a DC Rip any different? What makes a rom site any different from a warez site? If the whole backup shpeal is legit..couldn't we d/l a rip of a game that we own? The bad thing about emulation is that there is a dark side...

You know what we find humorous...People are quick to mention about DC Rips and warez sites..but are quite comfortABLE when speaking of GBA stuff....
