Well, they are only ~150K per image (for the wallpapers) and ~50K for the logos.....so not too bad, I think.....even though it's a good minute to load up all of these quality images.
And 640x408?
640x480 is a more reasonable choice.....and Windows is horrible about resizing small images.....
