zukeft, I guess that there has already been a discussion between the mods about that issue. If they had decided that publishing PSF music was illegal they would have already closed every thread about it. If I were you, I wouldn't be concerned about that issue
BTW: There are lots of game music sites around there and none of them has ever been closed due to copyright violations.
