Ok can I downloaded PSXeven and I got a bios file but I can't load Final Fantasy VII or Tactics. Please help me.

My Specs:
GeForce Ti 4200
P4 2.53 ghz Over clocked to 2.66
DVD-ROM
CD-RW (I've tried both drives)
