Chances are you already have them on your computer and don't know it.
Go to the control panel and double click on add/remove programs, then select the windows setup tab.
Move down to multimedia and enter there, remove the tick from the box next to mediaplayer codecs and hit apply, I would then recommend restarting.
When you have rebooted do the above again and put the tick back.
