Dust sure is a big issue if you don't even install casing fans, with fans the rate increases to double (for dust pile up), so what I do is take a Vaccum Cleaner, put the thin hose infront of it and blow the dust out of the case, for heavy blow I even remove the blowing machine of the vaccum from the dust chamber. If dust is not cleaned then the fans start making even more noise.
