Mugen doesnt really suck, you can do tons of cool things, and you just need to know how to look for the best characters, my friend succeeded in making a cool SNK Vs Capcom Vs Marvel, it was pretty good, and most his characters were really advanced in moves and a buncha cheese that works, also had a good setup menu, looks nice, just depends on what you get really. You were probably getting the characters that suck to the end.
Final Bout is only fun for a little bit, i found that hyper demention was more fun, going into the background and inflicting damage from the side, its just one of those games that seem realistic, and even on a SNES it does. But these Dragonball games are really fun.
