Well Perfect Dark requires a real heavy rig (like the one I have  ) to run as it is supposed to , but I think the minimum requirements for Perfect Dark are :
1.8 Ghz processor
256 MB SDRAM (DDR would be better)

Its runs full speed on my AMD Athlon XP 1800+ ( 1.54 Ghz)
256 RAM and Geforce II 100/200 MX
( just poining out that a 1.8 GHz isnt a minimum requirement , also a TNT2 might be able to run it smoothly too
)
