Forgotten is the author VBA that's correct.
And as far as I know he's the only memeber of the VBA Team.
As on how to imporve on this page :
First of all I guess you mean forum
, to imporve just stay a while and post when you feel to , but keep it relevant.
After you have 50 posts you can edit your status , and you'll have a star.
