Don't bother. Free services won't let you unless you use some tricks, and even then it isn't worth it. To put a sig up here, go to user cp, alter images, and put the banner you want there and have it stored on this server. Then just add that to your signature by clicking on it while being on the edit profile screen and submit modifications to have the banner show up in your signature.
