For those who guessed FLCL/FuriKuri, nope, that's not it.

The avatar is from a brand new anime from Gainex, the guy is Sashi and the girl is Arumi, the anime is Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai. The anime is funny as hell!!! Highly recommended to those who have not watch it yet!
