So, it SHOULD read anything... Zero MH is right, it doesn't matter if Windows can't read it, you can go to the
CDR PlugIns section in NGEmu and download the right one for your drive, you should try (in this order) CDR Mooby, Pete's PSX ASPI CDR and TSC MSCDEX, I think you're having trouble with the ASPI drivers in your machine... OR maybe your CDRW can't read RAW data. I think the last full ePSXe Setup (the one with plugins) have a very good ASPI installer.
