SurpaHLE and UltraHLE will not boot up if you do not have it in its own folder. This seems to be a problem with the pentium 3 processors, the p2 doesnt have this problem for some reason.
heres the right example
C:\UltraHLE
heres the wronge way
C:\n64\UltraHLE
this should solve the problem of the emulator not booting up.
