For the ppl who are interested:
I recommend setting the HAL to "Direct3D HAL" (not the T&L one) and set geometric transformation to "Internal". That way you can see more stuff (which are supposed to be there) while you can't with "external" transformation. I am sure you will notice it when you look at the menus, especially
BTW, have you seen Perfect Dark playing in a real N64? it just lagged. So the slowdowns in the emu are normal no matter how fast your machine is. However, disabling the "advance block linking" option will help alot. Hmm, why didn't I just tell you to check out the PJ64 Game FAQ in the first place?
