hmmm..this is about GAME TRANSLATIONS (well, I didn't put this on new topic coz I think it will waste some spaces)

1. Who (or What company) is usually translates the Japan games to a US one?
2. Why didn't they translate some very great RPG games that comes out lately like Tales of Phantasia, Spectral Blade, Khamrai, Tales of Eternia, Eithea, etc etc...
