Mobo / Processor advice

Alright,

this is just an adivce post about... you guessed it! Procs and mobos.

Anyway I'm thinking of buying a new one in the next few months (I usually spend about $600 total) and I'm looking for some quotes as to how much I REALLY need to spend.

Mobo requirements
-Capable of going over 512mb ram
-NO onboard sound
-NO onbiard video
-lots of expansion slots (4+)(with AGP) (ISA would be nice but isn't required)
-Good upward mobility (I.e. my current mobo only has a ceiling of 933mhz and I'm already at 800)
-at least 2 usb connections
-*would really like* firewire (again not REALLY required but would be nice)

As far as the type of proccessor, I don't really care what kind it is as long as it's at least 1.5ghz

now how much will this cost me?
