I wouldn't be too worried about it. When your hard drive abnormally shuts down the OS usually reboots along with it. I've had it happen on me before when I was overclocking and stuff. The hard drive powering down is pretty normal, and as long as it starts back up when you request it there shouldn't be a problem. Now if the hard drive shuts down while you're in the middle of doing something with it then you should consider backing up your stuff and getting a new drive.
