hmm...this thread was begun back in june, and still being answered over a month later

why?

anyways (at the time I'm writing this) the most current plugin is pete's 1.64. The Framebuffer options were expanded in this version to include a new "Gfx buffer+ Software" (you might want to set it to this option with framebuffer access set to emulated)
