I'm not lewpy but....

Change that to bright, multipass is slow even on my duron 900 I lose frames.

at least this to extra, no performance hit, and you are missing things without it.

shouldn't be fake for most games (99.9% of them)

VSync | Enabled |
turn this off, you should get better speed

Banshee Code | Enabled |
you have a voodoo 5, turn this off....

CDROM Accurate Timing | Yes |
Disable CDROM Status | Yes |

These 2 can also slow ePSXe down, set them to no if at all possible.especially the accurate cdrom timing, it make ePSXe, wait (If the cdrom drive is slow) or the cdrom drive wait (if the cdrom drive is fast)
