Greamec: you can get a device called an Adaptoid which is a N64-PC adaptor that works with UltraHle with rumble effects. If you go to
www.psxemu.com and go to the shop page, you can see a N64/PSX-PC adaptor, i'm not sure if you get the rumble effects with this one though, hope this helps.
