I have a Gravis gamepad Pro as well this is how I do it for Zelda (I change configuration for other games):
Green button is A
Yellow button is B
Blue Button is Z
R and L are R and L
L2 and R2 are C left and C right
Red button is C down
Select button is C up
Start is start
