If you can't run the bios then messing with the cdr plugins/isos will do nout.
Id try switching off the sound (ie select null plugin as in null NOT null2) then use a software gpu. If it STILL screws up my guess would be that the bios is corrupt.
If it works change the graphics plugin back to see if that causes glitch and then once that is working change the spu. Once the bios is working then check the cdr plugin.
