The World is not Enough has problems because the default RSP plugin (and many others) doesn't emulate the sound right, in a similar way to Resident Evil 2. I don't think it can currently be solved but I'm not sure.

The new 1964 may not solve it, but will allow for easier configuration of RSP at the very least, so maybe.

Goldeneye will work properly. It works fine now using Jabo's plugin and 1964/PJ64 with above recommend specifications.
