You will get hoppy sound if you don't get full speed in the emu (around 55-60 V/Is with NTSC games and around 47-50 V/Is with PAL games). If it runs slower than that, you will get choppy sound. One way that could fix it is to raise the CF to about 6 or 7.

or maybe making an ISO image of the game...
try that it will eliminate FMV choppiness, sound choppiness and speed ups emulation... www.isobuster.com be sure to have a BIG HD!!! for many games
