Lightbulb changing jabo's d3d plugin settings

i can't configure jabo's d3d plugin in the new version of 1964,when i go to configure it no screen shows up,works for 1964's own plugins,any one else have this problem?

Thats weird. Try to re copy the plugin into the plugins folder. Or reinstall 1964.
