Crashing Problems Solution (0.7.2 and 0.7.3)
Taken from 1964 Home Page
- An important note about 0.7.2 and 0.7.3 - If 1964's Windows menu crashes when you try to access it while a game is running, go to the Edit Menu and choose "Preferences". Then uncheck "Status Bar CPU Usage Stats" (turn it off). This solves the menu crashing problem. It is our profiler, and it has an embarassing divide-by-zero bug in it. This issue has been resolved in our private beta, but we will likely not release a new build for a while. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks a lot for the positive feedback we've received otherwise. It keeps us going...well, my lazy-ass at least. -schibo but once again I haven't experience any probs :P
