No they are not. According to Exo, emulators have to be special before someone will use them...
And lest not forget
1) Cycle accuracy pwns all, if you don't for a NES emu, expect to be ranted at for NOT using it
2) Speed does not matter. Cycle accuracy does
I already got ranted at by certain developers for not caring about cycle accuracy. Seems I made more enemies.
