Alundra 2, Tales of Destiny, Breath of Fire IV, Darkstone, and Wild Arms 2 would be my choices.
Darkstone is a nice little RPG that plays exactally like the PC version except that you control it w/the controller just like any other game.
I think to many people knock Darkstone before even giving it a chance.
