Its missing the gpu info, but I guess its an onboard gpu. Otherwise you'd get faster speed.
Look for something like "Intel media accelerator". If you find that, thats your issue.
Try setting GSdx to native resolution. "Config > Graphics > D3D internal res > tick the native checkbox".
