No, you dont understand. PEOPS is broken. It works by chance, and not very safe
I'm just trying to avoid more bug reports with games hanging, or audio skipping. Both are issues PEOPS will cause in many games.
Also, no matter the system, you shouldn't get a more than 2% difference in fps with the 3 spu2 plugins.
