CopystarPhantom is probably a virtual drive, which is used to load images of discs. i believe it belongs to a program called "Fantom CD":

any way, what do you see in the "Edit > Preferences > CD & DVD Device" settings? is the copystar Phantom drive the only one there? and what did aspichk show?
