So now its illegal according to the context. I have to wonder then why the heck these things are in MAME anyway. Can't people get thier own decrypt keys and code them in?
No wonder MAME is corrupt:
* distributing decryption keys
* idiots like *** justifying how they act towards others because of thier "reputation"
* ROM dumps sanctioned by the Guru
* the insane rules that Haze described.
* devs expecting people getting things right the first time or they can GTFO (is there such thing as mistakes or people not allowed to make them)
