All the other apps are fine because they use remote thread code injection. Which in cases, does the job great (especially MySoft's and testerhook's applications) and does so in a clean manner.
The DS hack however, is a lame unpack of No$GBA 2.6a and is modified directly. As such, it SHOULD NOT be posted at all. Any references to it will be removed without warning.
Even though the person is a cracker, the nature in which this person cracks is quite stupid (eg. repacking the executable in another packer after it is unpacked.). If the person wanted to do a proper crack, they would use inline code patching at/near the packer OEP. Instead, they took the lame approach.
As such, things like this will be removed and will continue to do so.
In conclusion: Apps like myZoom - fine and legal.
Cracked apps - illegal.
