The Turbo function isn't what you think it is for (assuming you're thinking the Turbo function is for speeding up any game). It should be call Autofire. When the Autofire function is enable, you can press and hold onto a single button and the game will think that you are pressing that particular button n times per sec. You will have to set the function first using the "Turbo" settings. I haven't touched this function myself nor do I use this program a lot, so you will have to test it yourself.
