Or amen... use the modded Vista drivers to get native DirectX 10 support as well as native TnL emulation by Intel.
AFAIK, 3DAnalyze kinda... bypass it and force DX TnL render or something... which may or may not work all the time.
The modded Vista drivers, however, reportedly gave you support for the rest of the snuffs and stuffs, allowing heaps of newer games to run on GMA 950. See this:

Note, though... use at your own risk. ;p I don't even have a GMA 950 to try it out, but it seems to work, as I've seen videos all over youtube about this.
