It's not no$gba's fault. There is a hardware or software fault somewhere on your system. It's up to you to find and fix it. no$gba has nothing to do with it, other than accessing whatever is damaged/corrupted.

Edit: Actually no, I am going to unsticky the old one and sticky that instead. Most GBA questions are about linking anyways.
