the ngzoom link in the original post doesnt really help, since it was edited by a mod. but i managed to find it on my own Translated version of http://www.namipan.com/d/NGZoom.rar/2da4eb461dc16ce2cb6d7c89bbc6f3dfcb7debcb548e1000 (this is a download link only)

i tried looking at the site before i posted the links. i didnt see anything suspicious or that would violate the forum rules here. granted i didnt look too long so i'll leave it up to the mod's discretion. with that being said, i'm going to post a link to the post by the creator. i think the site is in chinese, but this is how it looks like w/ english translation (still cant really understand much of it though) *snip*
