Rofl, nice find Viper.
You know what drawing/photo/art programs like Adobe etc. still need? A keyboard controlled brush+eraser+pencil. All of them allow you to apply a grid to your picture right? Well what they should also do is make a tool which allows you to pick a block in that grid where to place the brush or pencil or eraser and then draw by holding a button and directing the brush accross the blocks in the grid with the directional keys on the keyboard. Whilst perhaps very simplistic this would forever eliminate those annoying twitches of the hand which cause you to break your perfect line, or easy erasure of most of the background if you want to make an object transparent (like removing all the white around the C2Q inside logo, which I failed at with a regular mouse). This size of the blocks in the grid would correspond to the zoom, so if the grid blocks are too big then just zoom in some more, till you reach the desired level of pixelation.
Perhaps not something for people like Fadz, but for those of us that suck at mouse control when drawing and are not into drawing enough to have a tablet I think such a tool would be brilliant.
